Ship & Shape AI provides an AI-powered platform for building and deploying web applications. The service includes a browser-based editor, an AI agent that generates code from natural-language instructions, live preview, narrated walkthrough generation, and public deployment of finished sites.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to keep your credentials confidential. You must be at least 13 years old to use the service.
You agree not to use the service to build or deploy content that is unlawful, infringing, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise harmful. You may not attempt to disrupt the service, access data belonging to others, or use the platform to distribute malware. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
You retain ownership of all content you create, including code, text, and assets uploaded to your workspaces. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your content solely to operate the service and deploy your sites. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate the rights of third parties.
Code and other content generated by the AI agent is provided for your use. You are responsible for reviewing and testing AI-generated output before deploying it. We do not guarantee that AI-generated code will be free of errors or suitable for your specific purpose.
The platform itself — including its design, branding, and underlying software — is the property of Ship & Shape AI and is protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks or proprietary technology except as necessary to use the service.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ship & Shape AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases, though your deployed sites may continue to be accessible until you remove them.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
